RhinoGames LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built the Brickify app as an Ad Supported app. This service is provided by RhinoGames LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

2. Photo and Image Data
Brickify allows you to import photos from your device’s gallery to create brick-based art.
Offline Processing: All photo-to-brick conversion and processing happens locally on your device.
No Uploading: Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third parties.
No Storage: We do not store or keep copies of your original photos once the pixelation process is complete.
3. Third-Party Service Providers (Advertising)
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. Because this app is designed for children, we have configured AdMob to show only non-personalized ads and have implemented the appropriate “Tag for Child-Directed Treatment” (TFCD) to comply with COPPA regulations.

4. Children’s Privacy
These Services are directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Because we do not require account creation and all image processing is offline, we do not have access to any child’s personal data. Our use of AdMob is restricted to child-safe, non-targeted advertising.
5. Sharing Feature
The app includes a “Share” feature that utilizes your phone’s native sharing menu. When you share a created image, the image is handled by your device’s operating system and sent to the destination you choose (e.g., messaging apps, social media). RhinoGames LLC does not track or see what you share or with whom.
6. Security
We value your trust in providing us access to your gallery for creative purposes. We use standard mobile security practices to ensure that our app operates safely on your device. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, your personal data remains on your physical device.
