RhinoGames LLC ("RhinoGames", "we", "us") builds mobile games and partners with telecom operators worldwide to make them available through Direct Carrier Billing ("DCB"). This policy explains what information we collect across our games, this website, and our business relationships, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:
- Contact and partnership inquiries. When you use the Partners form, we collect your name, company, email address and the message you send us.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role through our Careers page, we collect your name, email address, CV/résumé file, and any cover message you include.
- Gameplay and device information. Our games may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, language, approximate location, and in-game progress, to operate the game and diagnose issues.
- Direct Carrier Billing information. If you subscribe to a game through your mobile operator, your operator shares limited account information with us — such as a hashed subscriber identifier and subscription status — so we can activate, verify and bill your subscription. We do not receive or store your full phone number, payment card details, or operator billing credentials.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we log IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a real person rather than a bot.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and evaluate partnership opportunities
- To review job applications and contact candidates
- To operate, maintain and improve our games and this website
- To activate and support Direct Carrier Billing subscriptions
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and bot activity
- To comply with legal obligations and agreements with our telco partners
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as Resend (transactional email delivery) and Cloudflare (security and bot protection).
- Telecom operator partners, to the extent necessary to activate, bill and support a DCB subscription.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — subject to the same protections described here.
Children's privacy
Some of our titles, like Tiny Rhino, are designed for younger players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what's strictly necessary to run the game, we do not serve behaviorally targeted advertising to children, and we do not require children to disclose more information than necessary to play. Parents or guardians who believe we hold information about a child that should be removed can contact us using the details below.

Data retention
We keep inquiry and application data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — generally for the duration of an active hiring process or partnership discussion, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to systems that process personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
RhinoGames is headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia and Sheridan, Wyoming. Your information may be processed in any of these locations, or by service providers located elsewhere, with appropriate safeguards in place.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
