Direct Carrier Billing & subscriptions
Some games are offered through a subscription billed directly to your mobile account by your telecom operator ("Direct Carrier Billing"). Where that's the case:
- The subscription is billed and collected by your mobile operator, not by RhinoGames directly.
- Charges, billing cycles, and any free trial or grace period are presented to you before you confirm a subscription.
- You can cancel a Direct Carrier Billing subscription at any time, generally through your operator or the cancellation flow inside the game.
- Your operator's own terms and conditions also apply to the billing relationship.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players or RhinoGames staff
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our games, servers, or this website
- Use our games or services for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
All games, characters, names, logos, and content published by RhinoGames are owned by RhinoGames LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
Job applications
If you submit an application through our Careers page, you confirm that the information and CV you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us. We use application materials solely to evaluate you for the role applied to and related opportunities.
Partner & business inquiries
Submissions made through our Partners form are used solely to evaluate and pursue a potential business relationship and do not, by themselves, create any binding agreement between you and RhinoGames.
Disclaimers
Our games and this website are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RhinoGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or this website.
Termination
